APCO Arasavalli Expressway Private Limited (AAEPL), Andhra Pradesh

APCO Arasavalli Expressway Private Limited was incorporated on 21.12.2017. AAEPL entered into Concession Agreement dated 18.01.2018 with National Highway Authority of India (the “Authority”). The AAEPL project was awarded to Apco Infratech by National Highway Authority of India on Dec 05th, 2017, for 15 years of Operation & Maintenance period along with Construction period of 910 days from the Appointed Date i.e., Jan 4th, 2019, of the AAEPL Project, on a Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM). The Project have successfully achieved its COD on Jan 20, 2022.

The Government of India had entrusted to the Authority the development, Maintenance, and management of National Highway No. 16 (Old NH-5) including the section from design km 580.671 (existing Km 580.700) to design Km 634.861 (existing Km 634.000, approx. 49.73 KM). The Authority had resolved to augment the existing road from design km 580.671 (existing Km 580.700) to design Km 634.861 (existing Km 634.000) on the Narasannapeta-Ranastalam section of National Highway No. 16 in the state of Andhra Pardesh by Six laning thereof under NHDP Phase-V on Hybrid Annuity mode
