Apco Navkalyan Expressway Private Limited was incorporated on 17.04.2018. ANEPL entered into Concession Agreement dated 31.05.2018 with National Highway Authority of India (the “Authority”). The ANEPL project was awarded to Apco Infratech by National Highway Authority of India on March 27th, 2018, for 15 years of Operation & Maintenance period along with Construction period of 730 days from the Appointed Date i.e., June 07th, 2019, of the Apco Navkalyan Expressway Private Limited Project, on a Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM). The Project have successfully achieved its COD on Oct 25, 2021.

The Government of India had entrusted to the Authority the development, Maintenance, and management of National Highway No. 91 including the section from Km 229.000 (Design Chainage 240.897) to Km 289.000 (Design chainage 302.108) Package lll from Kalyanpur to Naviganj (Approx Length 61.2 Km ) . The Authority had resolved to augment the existing road from Km 229.000 (Design Chainage 240.897) to Km 289.000 (Design chain age 302.108) section of National Highway No. 91 in the state of Uttar Pradesh by Four laning thereof on Hybrid Annuity Mode under Bharat mala pariyojana.
