DBL Bankhlafata-Dogawa Tollways Private Limited (DBDTPL) was incorporated on December 31, 2012. DBDTL entered into a Concession Agreement dated January 28, 2013 with Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation of India (the “Authority”). The DBDTL project was awarded to Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) by Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation of India on December 13, 2012 for 15-year including Construction period of 2 Years from the Appointed Date i.e. 14th August 2013 of the DBDTL Project on a build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) on Annuity Basis. The Project have successfully achieved its COD on 01st July 2014.
The Government of Madhya Pradesh had entrusted MPRDC with the construction of three Major District roads under Package-I comprising of (i) Bankhalafata-Dogawa via Borawa Savarevala (23.67KM) (ii) Punasa-Mundi-Singhaji & Singhaji Bridge approach road (13.30 Km), (iii) Beed-Mundi-Devala-Khutala-Attoot-NVDA (28.43 Km) (Total length 65.40 KM) its development, maintenance and management. MPRDC had resolved to augment the existing three Major District roads under Package-I comprising of (i) Bankhalafata-Dogawa via Borawa Savarevala (23.67KM), (ii) Punasa-Mundi-Singhaji & Singhaji Bridge approach road (13.30 Km), (iii) Beed-Mundi-Devala-Khutala-Attoot-NVDA (28.43 Km) (Total length 65.40 KM) in the State by Intermediate-laning Two-Laning on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) on Annuity basis.
