DBL Bangalore Nidagatta Highways Private Limited (DBNHPL), Karnataka

DBL Bangalore Nidagatta Highways Private Limited (DBNHPL) entered into a Concession Agreement dated April 20th, 2018, with National Highway Authority of India (the “Authority”). The DBNHL project was awarded to Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) by National Highway Authority of India on February 28th, 2018, for 15 years of Operation & Maintenance period along with Construction period of 2.5 Years from the Appointed Date i.e., May 14th, 2019, of the DBNHL Project, on a Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM). The Project have successfully achieved its COD on December 12th, 2022.

The Government of India had entrusted to the Authority the development, Maintenance, and management of National Highway No. 275 including the section from KM 18.000 to KM 74.200 (approx. 56.200 KM). The Authority had resolved to augment the existing road from KM 18.000 to KM 74.200 (approx. 56.200 KM) on the Bangalore Nidagatta section of National Highway No. 275 in the state of Karnataka by Six laning thereof on design, build, operate and transfer (the ‘DBOT Annuity or Hybrid Annuity) basis.
