DBL Betul Sarni Tollways Private Ltd (DBSTPL), Madhya Pradesh

DBL Betul-Sarni Tollways Private Ltd (DBSTPL) was incorporated on May 02, 2013. DBSTL entered into a Concession Agreement dated May 20, 2013 with Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation of India (the “Authority”). The DBSTL project was awarded to Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) by Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation of India on November 04, 2013 for 15-year including Construction period of 2 Years from the Appointed Date i.e. 07th April 2014 of the DBSTL Project, on a build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) Toll plus Annuity Basis. The Project have successfully achieved its COD on 11^th Nov 2015.

The Government of Madhya Pradesh had entrusted MPRDC with the construction of Betul-Sarni-Teknadone-Junnardeo-Parasia (SH-43) road its development, maintenance and management. MPRDC has resolved to augment the existing road from Km 0.00 (Kamani Gate Betul) to Km 124.10 (Approximately 124.10 Km) on the section of State Highway No.43 in the state by two laning on build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) Toll plus Annuity basis.
