DBL Hata Dargawon Tollways Private Ltd (DHDTPL), Madhya Pradesh

DBL Hata-Dargawon Tollways Private Ltd (DHDTPL) was incorporated on August 03, 2015. DHDTL entered into a Concession Agreement dated August 10, 2015 with Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation of India (the “Authority”). The DHDTL project was awarded to Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) by Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation of India on June 06, 2015 for 15-year including Construction period of 2 Years from the Appointed Date i.e. 10th April 2016 of the DHDTL Project on build, operate and transfer (DBFOT) Toll Plus Annuity Basis. The Project have successfully achieved its PCOD on 09^th Mar 2017.

Government of Madhya Pradesh has entrusted MPRDC with the construction of Hata-Fatehpur-Rajpura-Silapuri-Bajna-Dargawan (SH-48) Road along with its Development, maintenance and management. MPRDC had resolved to augment the existing road from Km 0.00 (Damoh Naka in Hatta Town) to Km 64.40 (at Dargawan-Tiraha) (approximately 64.40 Km) the section of state highway No 48 Road in the State by intermediate Laning on build, operate and transfer (DBFOT) Toll Plus Annuity basis.
