DBL Kalmath Zarap Highways Limited (DKZHL) was incorporated on December 13, 2016. DKZHL entered into a Concession Agreement dated Feb 09, 2017 with Ministry of Road Transport and Highway Government of India (the “Authority”). The DKZHL project was awarded to Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) by Ministry of Road Transport and Highway Government on November 25, 2016 for 15 years of Operation & Maintenance Period along with Construction period of 2 Years from the Appointed Date i.e. 01th February 2018 of the DKZHL Project, on a Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM). The Project have successfully achieved its PCOD on 23rd Mar 2020.
The Government of India had entrusted to the Authority the development, Maintenance and management of National Highway No. 17(New NH 66) including the section from KM 406.030 to KM 450.170 (Design Length 43.905 Km). The Authority had resolved to augment the existing road from KM 406.030 to KM 450.170 (Design Length 43.905 Km) on the Kalmath-Zarap section of National Highway No. 17 (New NH 66) in the state of Maharashtra by Four laning thereof on design, build, operate and transfer (the ‘DBOT Annuity or Hybrid Annuity) basis.
