DBL Mundi Sanawad Tollways Private Ltd (DMSTPL), Madhya Pradesh

DBL Mundi-Sanawad Tollways Private Ltd (DMSTPL) was incorporated on November 28, 2011. DMSTL entered into a Concession Agreement dated December 05, 2011 with Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation of India (the “Authority”). The DMSTL project was awarded to Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) by Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation of India on October 17, 2011 for 15-year including Construction period of 2 Years from the Appointed Date i.e. 19th March 2012 of the DMSTL Project on a build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) Toll plus Annuity Basis. The Project have successfully achieved its COD on 08^th July 2013.

The Government of Madhya Pradesh had entrusted MPRDC with the construction of Mundi-Punasa-Sulgaon-Sanawad section of Major district road, its development, maintenance and management. MPRDC had resolved to augment the existing road from Km 0.00 (at Mundi) to Km 64.400 (at Sanawad Town) (Approximately 67.63 Km) on the Mundi-Punasa-Sulgaon-Sanawad section of MDR (hereinafter called the MDR) in the State of Madhya Pradesh by Two Laning on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) on Toll plus Annuity basis.
