DBL Nadiad Modasa Tollways Private Ltd (DNMTPL), Gujarat

DBL Nadiad-Modasa Tollways Private Ltd (DNMTPL) was incorporated on June 15, 2011. DNMTL entered into a Concession Agreement dated January 05, 2012 with the Government of State of Gujarat (the "Authority”). The DNMTL project was awarded to Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) by Gujarat Infrastructure Development Corporation of India on September 18, 2010 for 13-year of Operation & Maintenance period including Construction period of 2 Years from the Appointed Date i.e. 03rd July 2012 of the DNMTL Project on a build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) on Annuity Basis. The Project have successfully achieved its COD on 10^th April 2014.

The Governor of State of Gujarat has promulgated the Gujarat Infrastructure Development for the section Nadiad-Madhudha-kathlal-kapadwanj-Bayad-Modasa from Km 0.60 to Km 108.40 on State Highway No. 59 in Gujarat. The Governor of State of Gujarat had resolved the stretches of State Highway roads in Gujarat by strengthening and widening to two Laning on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) Annuity basis.
