DBL Silwani Sultanganj Tollways Private Ltd (DSSTPL), Madhya Pradesh

DBL Silwani Sultanganj Tollways Private Ltd (DSSTPL) was incorporated on August 17, 2011. DSSTL entered into a Concession Agreement dated September 08, 2011 with Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation of India (the “Authority”). The DSSTL project was awarded to Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) by Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation of India on July 27, 2011 for 15-year including Construction period of 2 Years from the Appointed Date i.e. 27th February 2012 of the DSSTL Project on a build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) Toll plus Annuity Basis. The Project have successfully achieved its COD on 29^th May 2013.

MPRDC had resolved to augment the existing road from Km 0.00 to Km 75.995 (approximately 76.00 Km) on the Silwani-Sultanganj-Jaisinghnagar-Sagar Road section of highway no.15 in the State by Intermediate-Laning/Two Laning on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) on Toll Plus Annuity basis.
