DBL Tikamgarh Nowgaon Tollways Ltd (DTNTL), Madhya Pradesh

DBL Tikamgarh – Nowgaon Tollways Ltd (DTNTL) was incorporated on November 07, 2013. DTNTL entered into a Concession Agreement dated November 12, 2013 with Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation of India (the “Authority”). The DTNTL project was awarded to Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) by Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation of India on September 27, 2013 for 15-year including Construction period of 2 Years from the Appointed Date i.e. 08th August 2014 of the DTNTL Project on build, operate and transfer (DBFOT) Toll Plus Annuity Basis. The Project have successfully achieved its COD on 13^rd Aug 2015.

Government of Madhya Pradesh has entrusted MPRDC with the construction of Tikamgarh (Dhajrai) - jalara – palera- Nowgaon major District Road its Development, maintenance and management. MPRDC had resolved to augment the existing road from Y-Junction Km 10.8 at Tikamgarh-malehra road (SH 10) to KM 107 of Jhansi-Nowgaon (NH-76) (Approximately 76.40 KM) the section of Major District Road in the State of two Laning on build, operate and transfer (DBFOT) Toll Plus Annuity basis.
